WE not Me. (It takes FOUR).

One of the most important responsibilities of a School Board Member is someone who can work well with others. No board member can do ANYTHING on their own.

To get a topic on the agenda, you need FOUR board members. To get a policy to pass and move it into action, you need FOUR board members.

It is interesting that Board Members run for office on their own, but WE work in office with a team. It is really, WE not ME.

”If you elect someone that can not work well with others, you have just elected a SILENT VOICE and you will have NO representation on the school board.”

As Board members WE are not rubber stampers agreeing with everything. There is power when WE do not agree with each other. Our best ideas come as WE dialogue and listen to each others points of view. Equally important is board members should not build walls so no one can work with them.

In my campaign, I will talk about the issues.

I will talk about what WE as the Jordan School Board has accomplished in the last 4 years.

I will always try to refer OUR accomplishments as WE not ME.

Some issues I have pushed, but NO issues have I been able to solve on my own. It is all about WE not ME.

Please consider allowing me to continue to be a part of this amazing team.

WE have accomplished so much together, but WE have so much more to do.

I have not asked any board member to endorse ME, although they are welcome to do so. I would LOVE their endorsement. I do believe they would be willing to answer yOUR questions about ME. I think they would say that they have come to TRUST Darrell Robinson and want ME to stay on OUR team.

WE are a pretty interesting team, with different backgrounds and personalities, but WE work well together.
